ABOUT The COOP: A Southern Affair
The name truly says it all: southern affair. One of the greatest things about being in a certain environment is keeping certain traditions that work. This spot is the definition of quality down south cooking. From the banana and granola crunch pancake to the more traditional down south vibe of a sweet potato and pecan pancake, you get a good taste of what breakfast, lunch, and dinner should taste like. The great thing about this place is a lot of the food is actually organic, so you’ll be eating food as it was intended: from the farm. You can't knock down south cooking especially when it's fresh!
