Tokyo Tapas’ “BIG BANG” begun with two FOODIE brothers & a never-ending APPETITE! With years of live action in the kitchen & science degrees from UCF, their endeavor to create palate-stimulating dishes using fresh, hearty, & vibrant ingredients reflects within each and every bite! Each dish is made to order from their scratch kitchen, then sent out as they are plated; “tapas bar style”. Tokyo Tapas serves a modern fare of Japanese influenced tapas (small dish), fresh sushi, & seared off the grill hibachi. From blue crab mofongos to the popular volcano roll, come and join us on our eclectic culinary journey!
