Yes, and every finalist gets a free kit to do it, whether or not they have a paid listing. Offering discounts, prizes or anything of value in exchange for votes gets a business disqualified.
The most verified votes wins, and ties are co-winners. We remove duplicate and automated votes before counting, and with the results we publish how many residents voted and how many votes were removed.
